摘 要:测定了钻井楔齿滚刀用新型低合金耐磨铸钢的物理及力学性能,研究了钢的性能与回火温度的关系,以及钢的耐磨性与硬度和断裂韧性的关系。结果表明,该钢具有较好的淬透性及堆焊性,经900~950℃加热淬火及200~250℃回火后,具有高的强韧性及高耐磨性。用该钢制造的钻井楔齿滚刀的寿命显著提高,可实现以锗代锻,明显降低了滚刀的生产成本。It this paper the physical and mechanical properties of a new low alloy wear resistance cast steel for toothed cutters wexe measured. The relationship between the mechanical properties and temper temperatures,as well as the relationship between the wear resistance and the hardness,fracture toughness of the steel were studied. The results show that the steel possesses better hardenability and bead weldability. After quenching at 900 ~ 950℃ and tempcring at 200 ~ 250℃ the steel has obtained high strength and toughness as well as high wcar rcsistance. The life of toothed cutters which are made of the steel has been markedly increased. The cast is used instead of the forging,which can decrease evidently the productive cost of the toothed cutters,
