摘 要:用γ射线辐照-水热处理法制备出8nmAg粉、16nmCu粉和10nmPd粉.研究了实验条件对Ag粉粒径的影响.确定了制备纳米Cu粉的工艺参数,发现用EDTA络合Cu离子,有利于制备粒径较小的纳米Cu粉,在不同条件下可获得球形和针形的纳米Cu粒子.The γ-irradiation-hydrothermal treatment method has been successfully used to prepare pure nanocrystalline powders of Ag(8 nm),Cu (16 nm) and Pd (10 nm). Influences of experimental conditions on Ag particle size are discussed. The complexation of cupric ion with EDTA is favourable for the preparation of nanocrystalline Cu powder. By controlling the conditions of the experiments, different shapes of Cu particles can be obtained. The process of the formation of metal particles in the solution during γ-irradiation is also discussed.
