摘　　要：本文认为，提高四川对外开放水平，必须加快成渝经济走廊的开发，一是可以把中国西部最大的两座城市─－成都和重庆的优势互补，二是可以把沿线的自贡，宜宾，泸州等带动起来，三是可以推进长江上游战略格局的形成，四是可以为四川对外开放起到大通道的作用。加快成渝经济走廊内江段的开发是关键。必须全方位地推进内江的对外开放，促进外向型经济实现新的突破。Abstract The authors think that it is necessary for Sichuan to enhance the development of the economic corridor between Chengdu and Chongqing in order to rise the standard of opening to the outside world. And this will bring Sichuan the following aspects of benefits: firstly, supplementing the advantages of the biggest two cities in west China of Chengdu and Chongqing each other, secondly, motivating the development of Zigong, Yibin and Luzhou which are the cities located in this economic corridor, thirdly, promoting the forming of the strategic development of the upper areas of the Changjiang River, finally, the economic corridor will be the main passageway of Sichuan's opening to the outside world. The author indicate that enhancing the development of Neijiang section is the key in developing the economic corridor, so it is important to open Neijiang to the outside world omnibearingly and promote the realizing of export-oriented economy.
