十二指肠和胰胆管汇合的应用解剖

摘　　要：作者在12具成尸、13具童尸标本上对十二指肠和胰胆管汇合进行了解剖观测。25例十二指肠上曲为83.4°±11.5°;十二指肠降部长:成人为68.2±12.6mm,2～10岁为41.8±9.1mm;24例胰胆共同管长为5.6±1.5mm。胆总管和胰管壁汇合后,被公共管壁分隔伴行,在十二指肠大乳头内两管开口汇合处有“锯齿状瓣膜”。文中探讨了公共管壁和锯齿状瓣膜的功能及临床意义。The anatomical investigation of duodenum and junction of pancreaticobiliary duct on ERCP were carried out on 12 cases of adult and on 13 cases of children specimens. The flexura duodeni superior of 25 cases was 83. 4°± 11. 5°. The length of pars desce-ndens was 68.2 ±12. 6mm of adult,41. 8±9. 1mm of two to ten years. The length of the comion channel of pancreaticobiliary duct of 24 cases waw 5. 6 ± 1. 5mm. After joining of the wall of ductus choledochus and ductus pancreaticus, they were separated by the common wall of pancreaticobiliary duct. There were some 'dendata valves'around junction of the mouth of ductus choledochus and ductus pancreaticus in the papilla duodeni major. The function and the clinical importance of the common wall and the dendata valve of pancreaticobiliary duct were dissussed in the article.
