摘　　要：将成人尸体腰部皮肤分为6个区,分别取组织块,固定、包理和连续切片,在显微镜下观察。结果可见该皮瓣血管网分5层,即乳头层、乳头下层、真皮深层、浅筋膜层和深筋膜层。各层血管网均十分丰富。其中以真皮深层最密。各区之间以上内区血管网最密,故以该区做为皮瓣供区,有利于皮瓣成活。In fresh adult cadavers the Lumber skin flap was divided into six eections and the mi-crovasculature of each section was observed under Light microscope. The results showed that the vascular networks fell into five layers as follows: the papilla; the subpapilla; the frofound dermis; superficial fascia and the profound fascia. Each layer was rich in the nitworks. The networks were the densest in the profound dermis of the five layers and in the upper-medial district of the sections. the flap from this area was more suitable for the clinical transplantation.
