摘　　要：建立了微量对硝基酚戊酸酯法测定小鼠皮肤匀浆脂族酯酶活力。结果表明，此方法灵敏、简便、快速，明显地提高了工作效率。A microassay method for aliesterase activity with p-nitrophenyl valerate was established and tried outwith mouse skin homogenate aliesterase.The results indicate that the method is both simple and convenient.It isalso sensitive and speedy,and improves the work efficiency remarkably.
