摘  要:本文采用有限差分法求解非定常修正Reynolds方程,采用四阶Runge-Kutta法求解磁头滑块的动力学方程组,分别计算出磁头滑块受到冲击或飞越各种障碍物时的动态响应,较全面地反映了磁头滑块的动态时域特性。In this paper, the Alterating Direction Implicit (ADI)finite difference method is used to integrate the modified Reynolds lubrication equation,which describes the isothermal compressible fluid flow within the bearing region,and a fourth order Runge-Kutta method is used to slove the equations of motion,which describe the slider dynamic Using this numerical model, the theoretical slider response due to some kindsof steps in disk surface is obtained.Excellent correlation is observed between theory and experiment Results are presented to illustrate the effects of step size,step location,and step numher on the dynamics performance of slider bearings.
