摘　　要：本文利用作者建立的时滞随机系统的比较原理和多滞后确定性系统的稳定性结论，建立了多滞后线性随机系统的滞后无关均方渐近稳定性的判据．In this paper, by using the comparison principle of time-delay stochastic systems set up by the au thors and the stability results for multidelay deterministic systems, a critertion is established for mean-squareasymptotic stability independent of delay of multidelay linear stochastic systems.
