摘  要:本文阐述了以玉米杂交种鲁原单4号为供试材料,研究玉米根系生长与叶片衰老的相关规律,分析了叶面积与根系干重变化的相关性。研究表明:叶片衰老的主导因素并不是根系的衰亡。因为叶片功能上开始衰老的时期约在出苗后10多天,而根系功能衰老始期则为出苗后45天左右。叶片功能衰老的先后次序是植株下部叶片,其次是顶部叶片,最后是穗位叶和中部叶片。但根系的功能衰老则以根层出现的先后为序。不同年份与不同的播期其根系与叶片的功能衰老遵循着统一规律进行。In order to investigate the relationship between leaf senescence and root senescence,maize hybrid Lu Yuan Dan 4 was used and analyzed leaf area and root dry weight at variant stages.The result indicated that the rootsenescence is not the initial cause of senescence of leaves. The morphological senescence of leave began only more than 10 days after the seedling emergence, but the senescence of the roots began at about 45 days after seedling emergence. The senescence order was leaves at plant bases first, then the leaves oil the top,the leaves in the middle the last. But with roots, the order was just the san as that of root emerrgence. Though the differences on sowin dates or years, the senescences of leaves and roots follow the consistant ways of changing respectively.
