从钽铌萃余液中萃取回收钨的试验研究

摘　　要：钽铌精矿经硫酸－氢氟酸分解，萃取法提取钽铌后，残液中含有ＷＯ＿３２０－５０ｇ／Ｌ，研究了Ｎ＿（２３５）－仲辛醇－煤油体系萃取回收钨，采用氨水反萃取。通过一系列条件试验，及扩大试验验证，钽铌萃余液中钨是可以回收的，并可制成合格的仲钨酸铵产品。Niobium and tantalum were extracted from the leach liquor of Nb-Ta concen-trates ,and tungsten values recovered from the extraction raffinate(containing WO_3 at a con-centration of 20-50g/L)by extracting with N_(235)-sec.-octonol in kerosine and atripping withaqueous ammonia. The condition tests and pilot scale tests showed that tungsten values arerecoverable from the raffinate as ammonium paratungstate up to quality standard.
