摘　　要：本文研究了在Ｎａ＿２ＳＯ＿３－ＮＨ＿３．Ｈ＿２Ｏ－ＮＨ＿４Ｃｌ－ＥＤＴＡ支持电解质中测定电解金属锰中微量硒的示彼极谱条件，硒量在０．１－２０μｇ／１０ｍＬ与峰电流呈线性关系，４０ｍｇ锰和一定量杂质对１μｇ硒的测定无影响，方法快速、简便，与光度法对照，绝果令人满意。Traces of selenium in electrolytic manganese were determined in Na_2SO_3-NH_3·H_2O-NH_4Cl-EDTA as a supporting electrolyte,The amount of selenium in 0.1-20μghad a linear relation to the peak electric current.Manganese up to 40mg and a certain amountof impurities had no effect on the determination of selenium down to 1-μg. The method hasproved to be fast and simple to operate with a satisfactory accuracy in comparison with thespectrophotometric method.
