摘 要:在相同的浮选流程和药剂制度条件下,进行了RB_3起泡剂与松醇油的浮选对比试验。对黄沙坪铅锌矿、宝山铅锌矿、柿竹园柴山铅锌矿和凡口铅锌矿矿石,RB_3小型浮选试验指标与松醇油相近或为优;在水口山铅锌矿进行的工业试验结果表明,用RB_3起泡剂,锌精矿品位和锌回收率比用松醇油时分别提高0.43%和2.53%,且用量仅为松醇油的2/3。RB_3起泡剂比松醇油便宜,使用RB_3起泡剂可获得良好的经济效益。In the same flowsheet and under the same reagent system,comparision testswere carried out using RB_3 and pine camphor oil respectively. In small scaletests of lead-zincores from Huangshaping, Baoshan, Chaishan and Fankou mines,the results obtained withRB_3 as frother are close to or better than ones with pine camphor oil.In industrial tests, thegrade and recovery of zinc concentrate obtained with RB_3are increased by 0. 43%and 0.48%respectively as compared with those obtained with pine camphor oil and the former dosae istwo-third of the latter’s.RB_3 frother is cheap and good results can be obtained using it asfrother.
