摘　　要：针对Ｊ—８０Ｂ型潜孔冲击器因某些结构上的缺陷对使用效果的影响，采取加大活塞的有效工作面积和行程，增加活寒重量，增设气水分离结构等手段，加以改进，以提高穿孔速度为主要目的。改进后的Ｊ—８０Ｃ型潜孔冲击器，穿孔速度比Ｊ—８０Ｂ型提高２０％以上，其它各项性能指标亦达到了国内先进水平。In view of some structural defects of J 80B model down-the-hole impactor hav-ing influence on drilling efficiency and for increasing penetration speed, a new J-80C modeldown-the-hole impactor was designed. In the design of the impactor sone improvement mea-sures were taken such as : increasing pistol’s effective working area,percussion stroke andweight as well as using air-water seperating system etc.. The penetration speed of theJ-80C can increase twenty percent as compared with the J-80B, and its other index achievedalso internaladvanced level.
