摘  要:1990年我们从黑胸大蠊(Periplanetafuliginosa)的若虫中,首次分离发现黑胸大蠊浓核症病毒(PfDNV)。根据Kock's法则,将它进行了回感试验,结果表明:这一病毒对该虫可引起同样的病症,并从中重新分离出完全一样的DNV。同时,对该病毒进行了分类鉴定,结果表明:其病毒粒子的形态结构呈球状二十面体,大小一致,直径为20nm;病毒核酸呈线状,长度为1.7m,分子量为1.7×106Dal(ssDNA),基因组为单链DNA;结构蛋白为4条多肽,分子量分别为81k、62k、53k、29k。根据病毒分类命名原则,证明从黑胸大蠊中分离出的病毒属细小病毒科(Parvoviridae)中的浓核症病毒属(Densocirus)。我们将它命名为黑胸大蠊浓核症病毒(PeriplanetafuginosaDensonucleosisVirus简称PfDNV)。e isolated from the smoky brown cockroach Periplaneta luliqinosa a densonucleosis virus (pfDNV) in 1990 and conducted hack infection experiments accordingto Koch's hypothesis. The results of our study showed that the virus isolated fromthe dead cockroach could cause the same disease symptoms of other individuals ofthe same species from which the same virus could be isolated. The biophysical andbiochemical properties of the virus were characterized. Purified viron is icosahedralspheroid and 20nm in diameter. its nucleic acid is linear ssDNA with length 1.7mand molecular weight 1.7 X 106 dalton. The structural protein is composed of 4kinds of peptide with molecular weights 81K, 62K, 53K and 29K. According to theviral taxonomic principle, this virus belongs to densovirus in Parvoviridae. We nameit Periplaneta fuliqinosa densonucleosis virus or pfDNV. This virus might have potential value for control of the cockroach.
