A key to species is prepared. Type specimens are deposited inthe Department of Biology, Sichuan Teachers College.Neobisnius chengkouensis sp. nov. (figs. 1-3)This new species is very similar to N. nigripes Bernhauer, but it can be distinguished from the latter by:elytra pitchy-black; form elongate, slender; the male genitalia with the apex of the paramere different in shape.Holotype , allotype , paratypes 2 , Sichuan (Chengkou), Aug. 1, 1980,.collected by Yu Bai-song.
