Thetype specimens are kept in the Anhui Agricultural College.Laticorona gen. nov.The new genus belongs to the tribe Petalocephalini, and closely resembles toPetalocephala Stal, but differs from all other genus in the tribe by the structure ofevery element of the male genitalia, especially in the pygofer with apex bifurcated.the aedeagus with a pair long processes, and the style with a long spin on apex,also by the pattern of crown.Genotype: Laticorona aequata sp' nov.Laticorona acquata sp. nov. (fig. 1)This species is superficially similar to Petalocephala castanca Kato, especiallyin the coloration and size of body, but differs in the crown relatively longer, 4/5as long as width between the eyes, in the pronotum with four black spots, and inthe tip of scutellum black.Length (mm): 12.3, 16.l; incl. tegm. 13.4, 16.9; of crown of head2.4, 2.8; Width of head: 3.5, 4.3.Holotype , Emei Mts. (660m), Sichuan Province, Sept. 6, 1975; allotype,Emei Mts. (500m), Sichuan province, Aug. 30, 1975, collected by Wei Chongshen.Laticorona longa sp. nov. (fig. 2)This species is very similar to the foregoing new species, especially in the shape of body, but can be separated by the crown relatively broader, by the processesof aedeagus much longer, distinctly prolonged beyond the aedeagus, and by thePattern of pygofer. Length (mm): 12.0, incl. tegm. 13.0, of crown of head 2.1; Width ofhea d3.7.Holotype , Sangang, Fujian Province, Sept. 27, 1978, collected by C. S. Wei;paratypes 2, Fengyang Mt. (1,250m) of Longquan, Zhejiang Province, June 17.1980, collected by Tong Xuesong.
