(figs. 1-4)Imago male: Total length 4.33mm. AR 0.45, Temporals 22, Clypeals 31. Palpilength: 0.08, 0.22, 0.22, 0.24mm. Tentorium as in fig. 1.Ground color of thorax yellowish green, antepronotum pale green, with brownto dark brown scutal stripe, pleural sclerites, preepisernum, postnitum and a part ofscutellum (fig. 2). Antepronotals 27, dorsocentrals 58 in 3-4 rows, scutellaris 18,prealars 24 in 3 rows. Wing length 2.76mm. C extension 70μm. RM long and ob-lique. Squama with 34 fringed setae. LR1 0.78, LR2 0.49, LR3 0.46.Abdominal tergites I, IV, V and fore 2/3 of II pale green, the other dark bro-wn (fig. 3). Hypopygium (fig. 4) darkbrown, tergite IX bears a group of 22 setaeat each side. Anal point absent. Gonocoxite with. a mesal protuberance bearing se-veral setae. Superior volsella developed. Gonostylus bifurcate, subapical lobe aboutl/2 as long as apical lobe. Transverse sternapodeme shouldered laterally. Holtype , Ningxia Autonomous Region (MT. Liu-pan 35.6°N, 106.l°E). Thepresent species is very closely related to the known species of the flavifrons groupin genitalia structure. (B. flavifrons, B. laculata, B. sera (Nearctic), B. longifurca (palaearctic) and B. japonica (Japan), But differs in having a very low AR andunique abdominal coloration. The species is also nearly idetical to B. brevicornis sp.nov. from China, but differs in size, the coloration of abdominal tergites and tento-rium.Brillia brevicornis sp. nov. (figs. 5-7)Imago male: Total length 3.5mm. AR 0.42. Temporals 26, clypeals 22 in 3 tr-ansverse rows. Palpi length 0.057, 0. 15, 0. 16, 0.155mm. Tentorium as in fig. 5.Thoracic color generally yellowish green, scutal stripes, supraalar callus, pleural scl-erites, ventral half of preepisternum, postnotum, a part of scutellum and dorsal me-rgin of amtepronotum brown.
