人体胆汁液晶单偏光镜下光学特性的研究

摘　　要：本文报导了在单偏光镜下对人体胆汁液晶的外表特征，与光波吸收有关的光学特性及与折射率有关的光学特性的研究，结果表明：胆汁中的液晶是以球形的微粒分散于胆汁中，其多色性、吸收性不明显，但边缘和贝克线很清楚，折射率大于胆汁折射率，即ｎ＞１．３４０８．The study about the outword features, optic properties concerned with optic-wave absorb and index of refraction of bile liquid crystals in humen body under a polarized light microscope is reported here. The results are as follows:(1)the liquid crystals in bile are kinds of globular particles;(2)the polychromatic character and absorption of the liquid crystals are not clear, but the edge and Beck-line are very clear;(3)the index of refraction of the liquid crystals n>1.3408(nbile=1.3408).
