右旋异可利定对失血性休克家兔肠系膜微循环的影响  被引量:2

摘  要:用22只家兔,引起失血性休克并维持20min。8只静注0.5%右旋并可利定2.5mg·kg-1;6只静注0.02%多巴胺0.1mgkg-1;其余8只静注等量生理盐水。结果显示右旋异可利定能增加失血性休克家兔的体动脉血压,其升压幅度和持续时间均较多巴胺高而长。结果表明,右旋异可利定能舒张肠系膜微动脉和微静脉及加快血流速度;且能使一些在失血性休克后关闭的毛细血管重新开放。rabbits,weighting 2.2± 0.1 kg(±s),suffering from hemorrhagic shock caused by femoral artery bleeding was maintained for twenty minutes.8 rabbits were injected with 0.5%d-Isocorydine(2.5 mg) iv; 6 with 0.02% Dopamine(0.1 mg·kg-1)iv;and other 8 with the same volume of saline.The experimental results showed that d-Isocorydine could increase carotid pressure.Range and duration of increasing carotid pressure were higher and longer than those with Dopamine.It can relax arteriole and venule of mesenteric;and increase circulatory blood flow.Furthermore,it can reopen some capillaries after hemorrhagic shock.
