滇产胡椒属植物9301醇提物抗血小板活化因子作用的研究

摘　　要：本文以血小板活化因子（ＰＡＦ）诱导的兔血小板聚集，大鼠足肿胀和离体平滑肌收缩为指标观察了９３０１对ＰＡＦ活性的影响，结果表明：９３０１醇提物不仅能抑制ＰＡＦ诱导的兔血小板聚集和大鼠足肿胀，而且能抑制ＰＡＦ引起的离体大鼠和豚鼠回肠平滑肌收缩，提示９３０１醇提物具有较强的抗ＰＡＦ作用．latelet activating factorPAF)is a potent lipid mediator relating to anaphylaxis andinflammation. In this paper,the effects of the alcohol extract of a Chinese herbal plant,PiperSp. 930I native to Yunnan on PAF activities were reported.The extract of Piper Sp.930l markedly inhibited rabbit platelet aggregation induced byPAF and arachidonic acid(AA)in vitro(IC50:160.5 and 239.8 mg·L-1respecytively),and PAF一induced rat hindpaw edema in vivo(600 mg·kg-1p,o).Meanwhile,it was ob-served the extract suppressed the sustained contraction of both isolated rat and guinea pigileum not only induced by PAF,but also by acetylcholine(Ach),K+and histmine(Hist).These results indicate that the extract of Piper sp. has a potent anti一PAF action.
