摘 要:本实验利用阿霉素心肌病的家免模型,以镧盐为标记物电镜下观察了心肌细胞膜通透性改变。实验表明,尽管早期超微结构的损伤还不明显,但在受损心肌细胞内(特别是线粒体内)就可见到镧盐的沉积。我们认为阿霉素所致心肌细胞膜通透性改变,是心肌不可逆损伤的形态指征之一,阿霉素心肌病的本质为生物膜性损伤;镧盐示踪技术适应于监测超微结构损伤不明显时的细胞膜通透性变化。In this study,the change of the permeability of myocardial plasmalemma,using the model of Adriamycin - induced myocardiopathy of rabbits and the Lanthaum nitrate electron microscopic probe technique, were observed by electron microscopy. The result show that La3+ deposition could be found in myocardial cell, although the damage of ultrastructure are not apparent during early stage. The present investigation indicated that the alteration of permeability of myocardial membrane is one of irrecoverable morphologic features of adriamycin - induced myocardiopathy. The nature of adri-amycin - induced myocardiopathy is an injury of biological membrane; Lanthaum altrate electron microscopic probe technique could be used in monitoring the change of permeability when the damage of ultrastructure is not evident.
