摘　　要：电镜下对55例(10例正常,45例患者)人腓浅神经足背支活检标本进行了观察,特别注意了神经束膜细胞间连接,观察到:(1)同一层内,束膜细胞间连接可举10种样式。(2)层与层间,连接样式亦较多,可举6种。(3)层数变化,可举5种。(4)在一轴索脂肪变的75岁女性患者的标本中观察到神经束膜细胞突与一种无基膜细胞(成纤维细胞或巨噬细胞)间形成突触样连接。这种结构似乎在传递着某种信息。55 biopsies of rami cutaneous dorsalis intermedius of superficial peroneal nerve in human(10 normal,45 neuropathic) were observed under electron microscope, particularly paid more attention to the junctions between the perineurial cells. It was found: (1)Within the same layer:It may be exampled to 10 modes for the junctions between the perineurial cells. (2)Between th layers:The modes of junction between the perineurial cells were also more,and may be exampled 6 modes. (3)The change in the number of layers: 5 modes were exampled. (4) A synapse-like junction between a process of perineurial cell and a cell without basement membrane (fibroblast or macrophage)was observed in a biopsy of a feme,75 years old,patient with axonal lipoidal degeneration. This structure seems to transmit some information.
