摘 要:用正交试验对三种消素剂,戊二醛,戊二醛+氯剂和氯剂+碘剂进行HBsAg和PBeAg消毒试验,发现正交试验因素浓度,作用时间及蛋白质对三种消毒效果均有显著性影响。2%戊二醛作用2′,氯+碘剂5ppm作用5′和1%戊二醛+氯剂作用2′可破坏HBeAg,而三种消毒剂在上述浓度下需10′才能灭活HBsAg。1%戊二醛与200ppm有效氯混合时,其消毒效果与5%戊三醛和0.1%氯+碘剂相同,其效果好于单纯剂,值得进一步推广。The Glutaraldehyde, Compound of Gluloraldehyda and chlorine, Compound of chlorine - lodinl , were Carried out to destroy the HBsAg and HBeAg. The concentration,effective time and protein showed signifi-cant different effection of destroy. 2% Glutaraldehyde 2 minutes ,5ppm chlorine - Iodine 5 minutes and 1% Glutaraldehyde chlorine 2 minutes would destroyed the HBsAg;but the tree disinfectants in same concentra-tion need 10 minutes to destroy the HBeAg. 1% Glutaraldehy deadded 200ppm chlorine hed a same effection of 5% Glutaraldehyde. The compound had a cooperation.it's destroy effection was better than singer drug.
