摘　　要：上海炼油厂酚精制装置因常年原料不足、填料老化、结构不合理等因素,效益很差;经选用国产新型填料进行合理布局、优化液体分布器和填料支承板设计后,提高了装置处理量,降低了溶剂比和能耗,经济效益明显。The lube oil phenol refining unit in Shanghai Refinery had poor economic benefit owing to feedstock shortage, tower packing aging as well as unreasonable configuration, etc.. By selecting new types of domestic packing with reasonable allocation and optimizing both liquid distributor and packing support bracing design, capacity of the unit has been increased; Both the solvent ratio and the energy consumption were reduced, while significant economic benefit were gained.
