摘  要:本文报道了用反相高效液相色谱法(RPHPLC)同时高效、快速分离和测定极性及非极性芳香化合物。在ODS柱上,以甲醇、水、四氢呋喃作流动相,采用梯度淋洗法,在12min内定量分离了邻-、间-、对-苯二酚、苯酚及联苯混合物。详细研究了流动相组成和淋洗方法对化合物色谱保留行为的影响,并应用于苯催化氧化反应产物的分析。结果表明正铜盐复合型催化剂(CuCl2+漆酚树脂)是文中所研究的催化剂中是效率较高,选择性催化好的一种催化剂。The simultaneous separation and detection of polar and non-polar aromatic compounds by high performance liquid chromatography is developed. An octadecyl silica column was used with a methanol-tetrahydrofurnan-water gradient as mobile phase. The separation of catechol, resorcinol, hydroquinone, phenol and diphenyl compounds were finished on the baseline within 18 min. Composition of the mobile phase and the eluent methods were studied in detail. An application in catalytic oxidation of benzene was described and the results showed that copper (Ⅱ) salt composite catalyst (CuCl2+urushiolresin) was the best.
