Synthesis and Alcoholysis of Macroreticular Terpolymers of Triallyl Isocyanurate,Divinylbenzene and Vinyl Acetate

摘  要:根据文献查得的Q、e值,计算了三烯两基异氰酸尿酯-二乙烯苯-醋酸乙烯三元共聚体系的竞聚率,预测了它们进行共聚的可能性.以甲苯和汽油为致孔剂,采用悬浮聚合的方法合成了此三元大孔共聚物,并研究了致孔剂用量、交联度等对共聚物孔性能的影响。实验发现,此共聚体系在适当条件下,可以制得很高比表面积的大孔共聚体,比表面积可高达1214m2/g。对合成的共聚物又进行了醇解反应,得到了含羟基的共聚体。From the Q and e values determined by former investigaters, the reactive ratios of the trinary system of triallyl isocyanurate, vinyl acetate and divinylbenzene were calculated. According to these ratios, the terpolymerization of these monomers was predicted possible. Then the polymerization was carried out using toluene and gasoline as extenders.Thus, the spherical macroreticular terpolymers were obtained. The effect of the amount of extenders on pore properties and the different levels of crosslinking on properties were studied. In experiments the author discovered that under adequate reaction conditions,this polymerization system could produce macroreticular copolymers with very high specific surface area (>1000m2 / g) which has never been obtained using similar polymerization technique. The author proposed that this high surface area is most probably due to the formation or some linear poly(vinyl acetate) during the polymerization because of the poor copolymerizing ability of vinyl acetate.This linear polymer acted as an extender in the presence of toluene and gasoline. Thus, they formed a trinary pore producing reagent. All the synthesised copolymers were alcoholyzed using methnol and sodium hydroxide and the polymers containing OH groups were obtained.
