摘 要:采用复渗处理的高碳钢和合金铸铁替代铜制作的衬套,可使其使用寿命提高四倍以上.复渗处理的合金铸铁和高碳钢的磨损失重与磨损时间的对数均呈线性关系,磨损过程中,线性磨损基本不随时间延长而改变.复渗处理的高碳钢磨损速率低于合金铸铁.复渗衬套磨损率低的主要原因是衬套表面形成了坚硬的多元化合物及石墨起到了良好的抗磨及润滑作用.The high carbon steel T12 and alloy cast iron MT-1 arc used to manufacture the new bush treated witha new technology——the low temperature multi-infiltration treating. The results show that the service life is up above4 times There is a linear relation between wear of weight and logarithm of time of multi-infiltrated high carbon steel and alloy cast iron,but the linear wear of size does not vary with the passage of time. Moreovcr, wear tatio of multi in-filtrated high carbon steel is lower than that of the multi-infiltrate alloy cast iron. The main reason of lower wear rate of multi-infiltrated high carbon steel and alloy cast iron is that the hard multiple compounds and graphite formed on the surface of the bush have good anti-wear and lubrication function.
