摘　　要：随着钢锭高宽比的增加和锥度的减少，开坯、轧制的产量随之上升和消耗随之下降，但为保证综合经济效益和钢锭质量，浇铸时必须采用适当的“三位一体”措施，否则适得其反。he productivity of bloomed stocks and rolled preducts will be increased and material consumption decreased with the growth of the height and width of ingots as well as with the cutdown of the ingot coning.However,to ensure a comprehensive economic efficiency and ingot quality certain proper counter measures such as' three in one〃 action shall be taken,otherwise it will run counter to one’s own desire.
