摘  要:金属陶瓷工作层钢锭模的试验及结果分析表明,金属陶瓷用于钢锭模能使锭模浇铸过程中模体温度分布和升温较均匀平稳,铸毕打水前后模体温差小,从而提高锭模使用寿命。金属陶瓷用于钢锭模工作层是可行的,能满足生产要求。nalysis on the results of experiments on the metal-ceramic working lining of the ingot mould shows that use of metal-ceramic in the ingot mould will make the temperature distribution and temperature rise of the mould proper more stable and consistent during ingot casting and reduce the temperature difference in the mould before and after water spraying when casting is completed,and as aresult the service life of the mould can be greatly extended.Results prove that metal ceramic is applicable for working lining of ingot mould and preduction requirements can be satisfied by using it.
