摘　　要：采用平炉冶炼—模铸工艺可高质量低成本生产０９Ｍｎ＿２ＶＤＲ钢，微Ｔｉ处理技术能保证产品具有良好的性能，特别是低温韧性，在掌握现行工艺技术关键的基础上辅以炉外精炼技术，则可将产品质量提高到新的水平。pplication of open hearth refining-mould casting process route in making 09Mn_2 VDR steel can improve the product quality and reduce production cost and Ti alloying treatment on the steel will technologically guarantee the steel properties,particularly the low temperature toughness. It is as-sured that the product quality of the steel can be raised to a nev,level by supplementing the secondary refining technique on the basis of implementing the key technical points of the on going process.
