摘　　要：本文从影响吨钢模耗的全过程出发，用系统工程技术全面地解决与落实固有技术与管理技术，取得了降低模耗的整体优化效果。roceeding from the factors affecting the consumption of the ingot mould per ton steel through- out the process this paper has thorouhgly and completely solved the intrinsic technical and managerial problems by using the system engineering technology.Results of reduction in the mould consumption and optimization of Operation has been achieved as a whole.
