摘　　要：本文介绍了独立联合体（ＣＨГ）冶金界对“独联体炼钢生产的发展方向和合理结构”的讨论意见接近一致：用现代化方法发展转炉、电炉炼钢生产，降低钢的总产量，提高产品质量，但对炼钢的合理结构尚未得出定论。iews on the trend of development and rational structure of steelmaking in the Commonwealth of Independent Nations are on the verge of a unanimity among the metallurgical sector through dis-cussions that the inevitable route for the steelmakers in this area shall be expanding converters as well as electrlc are furnaces energetically with adoption of advanced methods for steelmaking and in the meanwhile reducing the total steelmaking capacity and improving steel product quality.For the ratio nal structure of steelmaking final conclusion is not reached yet.
