摘  要:从厚皮香(Ternstroemiagymnanthera)树皮得到的水溶性单宁,经葡聚糖凝胶SephadexLH-20柱层析分离,得到各种级分。各级分的水解反应、花色素反应、硫解反应、间苯三酚降解反应以及 ̄(13)CNMR谱表明厚皮香树皮单宁是葡萄糖苷化的多聚原花青定。D-葡萄糖基可能主要连在组成单元的3-O-位上,这是我国首次发现的苷化的原花青定。多聚原花青定的组成单元以2,3-顺式构型为主。此外,对单宁的分子量及树皮提取物制胶粘剂的性质也做了研究。ater soluble tannins obtained from Ternstroemia gymnanthera bark were chromatographicallyseparated in Sephadex LH-20 column into various portions which were identified to be glucosidated poly- meric procyanidins by methods of acid hydrolysis,anthocyanidin reaction,thiolysis,phloroglucinol reactionand  ̄(13)C NMR spectroscopy,D-glucose moiety was assigned to be probably attached to 3-O-position of theflavanol units. This is the first glycosidated procyanidin found in China. The procyanidin is primarily con-sisted of units with 2,3-cis configuration. Molecular weight of tannins and properties of bark extractives inthe preparation of adhesives were also investigated.
