系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血单个核细胞产生白细胞介素2活性测定

摘　　要：我们检测了５０例系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）患者外周血单个核细胞（ＰＢＭＣ）产生白细胞介素２（ＩＬ－２）的活性，发现活动期ＳＬＥ患者产生ＩＬ－２活性低于正常对照（Ｐ＜０．０５），而缓解期患者与正常对照比较差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），同时还观察了离体环境对ＳＬＥ患者ＰＢＭＣ产生ＩＬ－２活性的影响，并对结果进行了分析。The activity of IL-2 produced by peripheral blood mononuclear cells was examined in 50 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.We found that the activity of IL-2 in active patients was lower than that in normal controls(P<0.05),but no significant difference existed between inactive patlents and normal controis.Meanwhile,we also observed the changes of activity of IL-2 produced by peripheral blood mononuclear cells from the patients with SLE following 72 hours in culture.The results are analysed.
