欧洲山杨优良种质保存的新技术

摘　　要：本文对欧洲山杨优良种质保存新途径进行探讨。试验结果表明,愈伤组织或分化试管苗作为保存材料,效果很好;在低温下保存时,保存期长,保存率高;欧洲山杨3-1和欧洲山杨3-2保存温度为2～4℃,而欧洲山杨3-3为4℃;在MS培养基中增加激素含量(0.1～0.2mg/L)保存种质效果好,保存期可延长6个月。This paper concerns the new presevation way of good germ plasm quality european acpen. The result shows that the effect of callus as preservation matterial is better. Urder low tempreture preservation, the time is longer and preservation rate is higher. The suitable preservation tempreture of european aspen 3-1 and european aspen 3-2 is 2-4C eruo-pean aspen 3 - 3 is 4C,Increasing hormone content (0. 1-0. 2mg/L) while in MS culture medium, preservation effect of germ plasm is better, for 6 monthes preservation.
