海绵窦颈内动脉损伤致严重鼻出血三例报告

摘　　要：报告海绵窦颈内动脉损伤致严重鼻出血３例，其中２例假性动脉瘤，１例动静脉瘘。３例鼻出血前均有先兆症状，如头痛、脉搏增快和头面部发热。文中对海绵窦颈内动脉损伤致鼻出血的发生机理和特征进行了讨论。Three cases of massive epistaxis due to injury in the intracavernous segment of the internal carotid artery were reported. Of these two were false aneurysms and one arteriovenous fistula. Before hemorrhage, such precusor symptoms as rapid pulese, headache, or hot flushing of the face and head appeared in each case. The clinical feature of the disease was also discussed.
