咪唑安定与维库溴铵相互作用的实验研究

摘　　要：通过在体兔坐骨神经－胫前肌标本，研究咪唑安定与维库溴铵之间可能的相互作用。在维库溴铵稳定状态神经肌肉阻滞下，咪唑安定０．３和１．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ分别抑制震颤强度２３．５％和３７％；而咪唑安定１．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ使维库溴铵累积剂量－反应曲线左移，但斜率不变。study of the possible interactions between midazolam and vecuronium was performed in the rabbit in vivosciatic nerve-tibialis anterior muscule preparation。 Midazolam 0. 3 and 1. 5mg/kg caused 23.5%and 37%depres-sion of the twitch height respectively when a steady-state blockade of the twitch height had been induced by ve-curonium。 The buffer solvent of midazolam 1.5mg/kg did not change the steady-state blockade of vecuronium。Mi-dazolam l.5mg/kg caused left shift of the cumulative dose-response curve of vecuronium。
