洋金花总生物碱对完全性脑缺血再灌注损伤复苏效应的实验研究

摘　　要：在阻断家兔双侧颈总动脉和椎动脉，同时经股动脉放血降压（ＭＡＰ５．４５±０。２５ｋＰａ）制成的急性完全性脑缺血模型上，观察到洋金花总生物碱对脑缺血再灌注损伤有明显的复苏效应。表现为提高ＳＯＤ活性，抑制ＬＰＯ，减轻脑水肿和大脑皮层损伤的程度，稳定ＭＡＰ。The resuscitative effects of flos daturae total alkaloid on postischemic reperfusion injury were studied in rab-bits,in which acute complete cerebral ischemia was produced by bilateral clamping of common carotid and cerebralarteries simutanously with hemorrhagic hypotension。The resuIts show that there were some evident resuscitativeeffects on reperfusion injury following ischemia manifested by an enhanced SOD, activity inhibited LPO, reducedbrain oedema, stablized MAP and alleviated constructive injury of the cerebral cortex。
