摘　　要：报告对40例膀胱移行细胞癌于手术治疗后以丝裂霉素C（MMC）行膀胱腔内化疗,直接经尿道灌药的10例病人中4例发生了尿道狭窄。讨论了MMC引起尿道狭窄的机理,并提出相应的预防措施。There are 40 patients with bladder transtional cell carcinoma were treated by in-travesical chemiotherapy with mitomycin C(MMC). 10 of them were perfused MMC by direct transurethral method,4 of the 10 cases occured urethral stricture. The mechanism of the urethral stricture induced by MMC is discussed and relevant preventive measures are. proposed.
