煮茧前真空触蒸工艺初探

摘　　要：对真空状态下触蒸干茧作为煮茧前处理的工艺效果进行了研究。结果表明,在改善茧丝胶着均匀程度和解舒性质,尤其是提高出丝率方面,均优于现行仅用蒸气触蒸的工艺,是一项值得进一步研究开发的煮茧前处理新工艺。Researches on cocoon direct steaming under vacuum state indicate that the process,as a pretreatment for cocoon cooking, is a satisfactory one superior to the existingprocess using only direct steam in silk adhesive uniformity and reelability,especiallysilk yield. So, it is a new process for cocoon cooking pretreatment worth furtherdeveloping.
