摘　　要：ＤＤＤ起搏心电图表现复杂、多样。现报道我们临床所遇的几种ＤＤＤ起搏心电图表现：１。ＤＤＤ起搏与感知功能正常心电图；２．ＤＤＤ起搏呈文克白型阻滞现象；３．心室空白期引起的酷似起搏器感知不良；４．晚期起搏阈值升高致起搏传出阻滞，５．起搏器媒介性心动过速。着重讨论其临床意义以及正确识别和处理的体会。The elecrocardiographic manifestattions of DDD pacing are comlicateand multifarious. This paper reports several eletrocardiographic manfestations of DDDpacing. 1. Normal ECG of DDD pacing and sensing. 2. DDD pacemaker's wenckebach-like behavior. 3. The ventricular blanking period causing similer sensing failure of pace-maker. 4. Pacemaker exit block due to increase of late stage pacing stimulatingthresheld. 5. Pacemaker-mediated tachycardia. Their significance and the experience ofrecognition and management were discussed.
