摘 要:通过测定在卡托普利干预下25例高血压病患者红细胞流变学参数的变化,并与血压正常的健康人20例对照研究发现:①平均舒张压与红细胞变形指数(DI)呈显著负相关;②红细胞释氧系数与DI呈显著正相关;③血压降至正常时,红细胞的聚集性和变形性指标明显改善。因此,提示卡托普利改善异常的红细胞流变特性是其降压的重要机理之一。Abstract Changes of hemorheological parameters of erythrocyte were measured via treatment used captopril 37.5 ̄50mg/d for 4 weeks in 25 patients with essential hypertension(EH)as compared with 20 nonhypertensive subjects. The results showed that level of diastolic blood pressure was negatively correlated with deformable index(DI) of erythrocyte,that oxygen delivery index(OD) was postively correlated with DI and that the abnormal aggregative and deformable parameters of erythrocyte were markedly reformed when blood pressure in EH decreased to normal level. It suggests that reformed hemorheological property of erythrocyte may be one of mechanisms to decline blood pressure.
