特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者白介素-2及T细胞亚群

摘　　要：应用生物活性测定法及免疫荧光法检测21例慢性ITP患者外周血白介素-2(IL_2)及T细胞亚群。结果21例ITP患者外周围血IL_2活性明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。ITP患者外周血T辅助细胞百分率减低,T抑制细胞百分率比正常对照组明显增高。提示慢性ITP患者存在免疫调节异常。IL2 level and T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood were studied by using 3H-TdR in crporation assay and anti-T cell monoolonal antibody techniques in 21 patienst with ITP and 18 healthy cotrols. It was showed that the IL2 level in ITP patients was decreased significantly (P<0. 001 )as compared with that of the controls. T helper cell percentages in patients were less and T inhibitor cell percentages were much more than that of the controls. There were positive correlation between the IL2 level and the ratio of T4/T8 in 16 ITP patients. We suggest that there are abnormalities of the T cell subsets and decreased IL2 level in the peripheral blood of ITP patients which might play a role in the pathogenesis of ITP.
