人类外周血高分辨染色体胸苷同步时间的研究

摘　　要：本文对人类外周血高分辨染色体胸苷同步时间分为１７小时、１５小时、１３小时、１１小时４个组，作了对比研究。发现分裂指数与同步１３小时有一相对集中的峰值。经Ｆ检验，结果无显著性差异。据此可将外周血胸血同步时间拓宽为１１～２０小时。The sychronous time of human peripheral blood high-resolution chromosome is classified into four groups (17 hours, 15 hours. 13 hours and 11 hours) and the four groups are compared with each other in this paper. It has been found that there is a relatively concentrated peak value bwtween the division index and the thirteen-hour synchronous time. No significant difference was found after the F examination. Thus .we can set the synchronous time of peripheral bleed thymidine to 11～20 hours.
