摘  要:本研究以棉铃为对象,运用数理统计的方法,系统地研究了棉铃发育过程中内含组分的动态变化以及环境因素对棉铃发育的影响。在棉铃发育方面,首先提出棉纤维和种仁干重的增长变化与铃龄呈二次曲线关系,纤维素的沉积量与铃龄呈指数函数关系;阐明了棉铃发育过程中光合产物合成、运输和分配上的“库”“源”关系;提出了纤维素与种仁内脂肪的形成和积累保持相对平衡状态的新论点。本研究在揭示棉铃发育机理的同时,同步研究了气温、耕作栽培因素对棉铃发育的影响,揭示了花铃期高温和秋季低温对棉铃发育的负效应,阐明了采用两膜栽培可提高铃重、增加产量的技术原理。The dynamic changes of the inner structure of cotton bolls during the developing period and influ-enced by the environmental factors were studied systematically by mathemetical statistics。Of the cotton boll development,the important change was observed by a conic section between the toll age with the weight in-crease changes of the fiber and kernel dry weight,and then an exponential function between the boll age with the deposit amount of cellulose。The experiment threw light on the relationship of the synthethates,trans-portation and distribution of the sink and source during the boll development,proposed that there is a relative balance status between the formation and accumulation of the cellulose and kemel fat,The experiment was at the same time conducted the research on the boll development affected by the air temperature and tillage mea-sures ,which showed that the higher temperature in flowering and bolling stages and the lower temperature in the fall had a negative effect on the boll development。The boll weight development could be increased through the way of double film mulching in order to increase the cotton yield。
