摘　　要：通常根据样本间某种相关关系得到的模糊关系矩阵不具有传递性，因而不是等价阵，本文讨论了在绝对距离意义下，与最近的模糊等价阵，从图的角度出发，建立与赋权图Ｇ＿、等价阵与树Ｔ之间的联系，得出最优解Ｔ必可在Ｇ＿的生成树集合中找到的结论，同时给出Ｔ必须满足的条件，Generally,a fuzzy correlation matrix is not a equivalent one.In this paper,wediscuss a fuzzy equivalent matrix with the minimal absolute distance from the.Af-ter building relationships between the and a weighted graph G,a equivalent matrix and a fuzzy tree T.we obtain that the optimal solution can be found in,a set ofall spanning trees of G.At the same time,a necessary condition of is given.
