摘 要:砂带磨损是影响加工精度、表面质量、加工效率和生产成本的重要因素之一,以往的研究只局限于普通砂带磨削的磨损,而强力砂带磨削磨损研究尚未见诸报导。本文对接触轮式强力平面砂带磨削的砂带磨损过程、磨损形式、磨损机理及磨削参数对磨损的影响作了大量的实验研究。测定了此种磨削方式下的相对金属切除率、法向磨削力、磨削比、磨粒磨损平面面积率等机理参数,揭示了砂带的金属去除机理和磨损机理,得出了一些重要结论。The belt wear is always one of the important factors of affecting grinding accuracy, surface quality .processing efficiency and product cost. Previous studies were only limited to the wear of conventional abrasive belt. In this paper,experimental investigation is made on the wear process, typical wear pattern, wear mechanism of abrasive grain and effect of grinding parameters on the grain wear of the belt during powerful surface belt grinding with contact -roll. The mechanism factors including normal force,stock removal rate,grinding ratio, area ratio of wear flat have been measured, the grain wear mechanism and stock removal mechanism of abrasive belt have been revealed, some important conclusions have been derived.
