摘 要:叙述了国内外炭黑反应炉耐火材料的使用、损毁与发展。含SiO2材料在高温下易与H2、CO、C反应,导致耐材疏松、膨胀、开裂和变形。从而使耐材解体;MgO或CaO为基材料的损坏除了产生鼓胀开裂外,还存在水化问题.一般情况下不宜采用以SiO2、MgO(或CaO)为基材料作内村.Al2O3、Cr2O3-Al2O3和ZrO2系新型材料是高温、超高温反应炉内衬最理想材料,应大力研究开发与推广应用.Application, damage and development of refractories for carbonblack reaction furnace at home and abroad are described.A review is made on the materials containing SiOw which are easily reacted with Hw, CO, C at high temperatre, resulting inloosening, expansion, cracking ac deformation of materials. And the materials based on MgO or CaO may expand, crack andhydrate during service. The author suggests that new materials based on Al2O3, Cr2O3-Al2O3 and ZrO2 should be developed forcarbonblaok reaction furnaces with high and ultra-high temperature.
