摘  要:结合生产实际,对大型中空泥芯的卧式气冲制芯方法进行了较全面的模拟试验研究。为气冲造型中克服由于气冲阴影对型(芯)砂紧实的影响找到了一条有价值的解决途径,扩大了气冲造型工艺及设备的研究和应用范围。In this paper,the making core method by air-impact moulding in hori-zontity of large hollow core has been more completely investigated in imitative experiments combined with productive practice.A valuable solving way has been found out, which con-quered the influence of mould(or core)sand compacted by air-impact shade in air-impact moulding.And the region of the research aidapplication of air-impact moulding technology and equipment has been expanded.
