摘　　要：该文研究了全静电摄像管的设计原理和制作工艺。研制出的φ１８ｍｍ全静电摄像管的中心分辨率４５０ＴＶＬ、４００ＴＶＬ时中心调制度２５％，光栅畸变小于１．５％，其特点是体积小，重量轻，功耗低，结构简单，便于生产。In this paper,the design method and production technology of all electrostatic camera tube are studied.The center resolving power made in the φ18 mm all electrostatic camera tube is 450 TVL,amplitude response value is 25 percent at 400 TVL in the picture center,geometrical distertion is less than 1.5 percent.The tube is characterized by its small size,light weight,lower power consumption,simple structure and convenient in production.
